Learning and Development Workshops

TTE Training Limited can offer a full range of workshops to give you the skills to develop your staff and also provide underpinning knowledge and understanding for our range of NVQs in Learning and Development. We can also deliver workshops directly to your staff if you wish.

Qualifications in Learning and Development - CIPD

TTE Training Limited is approved by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) for the delivery of NVQs in Learning and Development at the following levels:

• Level 3 - Learning & Development,Direct Trainers
• Level 4 - Learning & Development, Coordination of Learning & Development provision, Management of Learning & Development provision
• Level 5 - Learning & Development

Within each of the Learning and Development NVQs there is a choice of units enabling you to select those that best match your own particular interest or expertise.

For those who wish to demonstrate competence in a particular area of Learning & Development but do not necessarily need a full NVQ, TTE Training Limited also offers Certificate Awards in Learning & Development in the following areas:

• Trainer and Assessor Award
• Core Trainer's Award
• Mentor Award
• Certificate in Workplace Learning
• Certificate in Initial Assessment and Support of Learners
• Certificate in Reviews and Assessment of Learning
• Certificate in Mentoring in the Workplace
• Certificate in Coaching Learners in the Workplace
• Certificate in Training and Presenting in the Workplace
• Certificate in Skills Training in the Workplace
• Assessor and Verifier Awards

If you wish to become involved yourself in the assessment of NVQs we can also provide the following qualifications.

• Assessors Award (A1)
• Verifiers Award (V1)
